Rockface Medicine Refunds Policy
Goods
We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on all goods purchased from the Rockface Medicine website, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please return all goods to: Customer Services, RockfaceMedicine, PO Box 371, Reigate, RH2 2BH.
Events
In the event of you canceling your registration at a Rockface event we will refund your payment up to 30 days before the event takes place. If for any reason we are forced to cancel an event, your deposit and payment will be refunded in full.
Membership of Rockface Medicine
In the event of you cancelling your membership of Rockface Medicine we will refund your payment up to 7 days after payment is received and debited from your account.
